```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in repairs
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Install, test, and calibrate new equipment
- Provide training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial machinery
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Experience with hydraulics is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Military experience in a relevant field is highly desirable
